Who is About Balance Counseling?
Clinical Focus:
Hello my name is David Ejchorszt and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist in Longmont, CO. I have over 10 years experience assisting individuals overcome their mental health concerns. I believe in providing caring compassionate therapy geared towards your goals.
I specialize in Solution focused interventions and Cognitive Behavioral interventions with the goal assisting individuals, couples, and families overcome their struggles with anxiety and depression mood disorders and general life stressors.
Through utilizing Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused approaches, my goal is to meet you where you are, and walk with you down your path of recovery.
So you can find your life balance.
My focus is summed up by this quote:
“Life as a therapist is a life of service in which we daily transcend our personal wishes and turn our gaze toward the needs and growth of the other. We take pleasure not only in the growth of our patient but also in the ripple effect—the salutary influence our patients have upon those whom they touch in life.”
― Irvin D. Yalom, The Gift of Therapy
